Immigration Tribunals
There are instances where you might find your case will have to be presented at a Canadian Immigration Tribunal or the Immigration Canada and Refugee Board:
- your sponsorship application has been refused,
- a refugee case,
- someone you know has been detained,
- Immigration Canada or CBSA believes that you are inadmissible to Canada, etc.
It is important to know that you do have rights and privileges as a Canadian or as an immigrant if your case gets to this stage.
The Make it Canada team have many years of experience dealing with Canadian Immigration Tribunals and cases that must be presented to an Immigration Judge. We have been very successful at representing our clients in these types of cases.
If you find yourself or loved one in need of representation at a Canadian Immigration Tribunal, please call or e-mail us for a consultation.
